We take a look at some of the best performances from this week's round of La Liga fixtures. Do you agree with our side?

Goalkeeper: Marc-Andre Ter Stegen (Barcelona)

The German kept a clean sheet against Leganes and made a number of good saves in the process. Another day, another clean sheet.

Right-back: Robert Rosales (Malaga)

His side might have conceded twice but Rosales put in a fine performance both defensively and offensively. The defender even scored one of Malaga's three goals to help them to a precious win.

Centre-back: Paul Oliveira (Eibar)

The Portuguese helped form part of an impenetrable wall against Betis. That platform allowed Eibar to go on the attack, running out 5-0 winners.

Centre-back: Anaitz Arbilla (Eibar)

Similar to his defensive partner Oliveira, Arbilla was a rock at the back, with his anticipation both helping stop opposition attacks and start attacks for his own side.

Left-back: Jordi Alba (Barcelona)

A fine display down the left flank. Neymar's departure has given Alba more license to get forward down the left and he showed that responsibility again against Leganes.

Right wing: Ivan Alejo (Eibar)

Alejo just edges out team-mate Gonazlo Escalante after a fine attacking performance against Betis that saw him provide an assist.

Centre-midfield: Cheick Doukoure (Levante)

The best player on the park in the game between Levante and Las Palmas. He scored one of the game's two goals but his performance was more notable for the work rate it showed, Doukoure covered every blade of grass and then some.

Centre-midfield: Geoffrey Kondogbia (Valencia)

A fine performance from the midfield powerhouse. He showed his physical capabilities to break up play and cover ground but when it came to putting his foot on the ball and playing a pass or driving forward, he also did so. He even managed to get on the scoresheet as Valencia's fine start continued.

Left wing: Chory Castro (Malaga)

Chory was the heartbeat of the Malaga side as they beat Deportivo. Everything good went through the winger, who went home having scored once and laid on an assist.

Striker: Luis Suarez (Barcelona)

The Uruguayan re-found his goalscoring touch against Leganes, scoring twice to end his frustrating run in front of goal.

Striker: Angel Rodriguez (Getafe)

The striker killed off the game against Alaves with two second-half strikes and what strikes they were. Angel has one of the best minutes to goal ratios in La Liga so far this season.
