Man City footballer Bernardo Silva told the truth about the English club's future and the possibility of leaving in this transfer window. In the meantime, Barcelona are waiting for his arrival.

Bernardo Silva broke his silence in an interview with 'ESPN' and told the truth about his future at Man City and the possibility of signing for Barcelona in this transfer market.

"I've always said that I'm happy here, but I've no idea what is going to happen. We'll see, to be honest. My relationship with the club is very honest. I've been open with them and they know what I want," the Portuguese began.

And he also made it clear what his professional desite was: "If I stay, I'll be very happy and I'll always respect this club and I'll give my best. If not, that's football and we'll see what happens."

"Man City are a big club and they do not want players if they are not happy at the club. They always tell us all that if we aren't happy, we can leave," the 28 year-old midfielder said.

Lastly, Silva once again said that he does not want problems with Man City: "Of course, they are in the business of football and they want the right amount of money to let us go, but personally it is a relationship with the club which is very respectful."

"They've always been honest with me and I've always been honest with them. I'll always respect my relationship with Man City, with the fans, with the staff, with my teammates, so whatever happens, I'm sure it will all happen in a very respectful manner," he concluded.
