Barca will fight to be able to play the youngster on 26th October despite being at the U17 WC.

Ansu Fati has gone from being an unknown player to a star for Barca this season.

What started as an incredible start to the season because of the absentees has ended up becoming one of Barca's best players at the start of the 2019-20 season.

Fati's boldness has made Barcelona fans fall in love with him and therefore Barca want to keep him.

'Marca' insists on the fact the club will do everything possible to count on him on the 26th October, the day the first Clasico of the season will be played.

Although Barca have other stars, he has been decisive as was shown against Villarreal when he completely changed the team for the time he was on the pitch.

The problem for Valverde and the club is that the Under 17 World Cup starts on 26th October in Brazil and Ansu Fati, is Spain's main man.

Given that Barcelona cannot refuse to release the player if Spain call him up, the club are trying to prevent from being called up as they want the RFEF to help him develop at Barca.

The footballer would lose the chance to show off his skills in a global tournament in South America. He would be one of the star attraction, but he does not want to miss 'El Clasico' either. He would not be guaranteed to start that Barca-Madrid match
