Atalanta player passes away while training at home
Sad day for Italian football. The young Andrea Rinaldi, who is just 19 years old, has passed away from a brain aneurysm, which he suffered while training at home.
Andrea Rinaldi, who was on loan at Serie D side Legnano from Atalanta, has died at just 19 because of a brain aneurysm.
It seems that, according to the Italian media, the young player suffered a brain aneurysm while he was training at his home on Friday in Como. He had been training there due to the lockdown because of the coronavirus.
The player was immediately taken to hospital by his parents, he was in a critical condition. Doctors tried to save him, but it wasn't possible, and on Monday he was pronounced dead.
