Barcelona need to sell several players to balance their books with Financial Fair Play and to be able to sign new players to reinforce their squad. Franck Kessie, Raphinha, Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati are all being considered to leave the Catalan side in the next transfer window.
Xavi Hernandez is clear that they will have to find a new destination for Ansu Fati as they cannot give him the key role that the 20-year-old wants. The Catalan giants are willing to sell him but, according to 'Mundo Deportivo', they want to add a buy-back option.
They know that the striker has talent but needs to exploit it and that is why the club want him to return at some point in his career. However, Ansu Fati does not want to leave Barcelona despite being told by the Spanish coach that he will not be able to fulfil his expectations.
The Spain international has told his agent Jorge Mendes that he wants to continue playing for Xavi's side. He refuses to join Wolves. Other clubs such as Tottenham, Bayern, Manchester United and PSG are also interested but their offers have not been considered.
The striker hopes to be at his best in the summer and will try to convince Barcelona to keep him for several more seasons.
