Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out on Twitter that Cristiano Ronaldo will return to Real Madrid. "We look forward," the Italian coach posted.

Carlo Ancelotti has responded to recent reports that the Italian had asked the Real Madrid board to sign Cristiano Ronaldo, who is currently struggling at Juventus.

"Cristiano is a Real Madrid legend and has all my affection and respect. I have never considered signing him. We look forward," Ancelotti posted in a message on his official Twitter account.

Ancelotti and Cristiano coincided from 2013, when the Italian arrived at the club, until 2015, after winning the famous 'Tenth' that began a glorious spell in the history of Real Madrid.

The relationship between the two is excellent. According to 'El Chiringuito', Ancelotti asked the board to make an effort to bring back Cristiano who, at 36, still has a lot of football to give.

However, the Real Madrid coach has come out to deny that he has ever asked for his incorporation. The Portuguese is in a not very comfortable situation at Juventus, as his contract expires in a year and in Turin they do not see with bad eyes his departure due to the economic difficulties they are going through.

With the message "We look forward", Ancelotti makes it clear that the objective of the new Madrid is to renew itself, despite not having made too many additions, and to pull what it can while awaiting Mbappe in a season that has started positively after the win over Alaves.
