Amath apologises to Balde for the tackle that injured him
Amath Ndiaye, the player who made the tackle on Alex Balde in the play that led to the injury, publicly apologised to the Barcelona player on his social networks.
The match between Barcelona and Mallorca was marked by Amath Ndiaye's terrifying tackle on Alex Balde, which resulted in the former being sent off and the latter injured.
The 'Bermellon' player wanted to apologise publicly to the Spanish international, who will be out of action for at least a month and a half and will not be able to play for 'La Roja'.
"Sorry Alejandro Balde for the tackle, I didn't mean to. I hope you recover soon," Amath said in a story on his Instagram profile.
At the moment, both Balde and Amath have already finished the 2022-23 season. The Mallorca player will be suspended for a minimum of one game.
