Ajayi has apparently passed his medical with WBA
Semi Ajayi is about to become a WBA player. At the age of 25, he will leave Rotherham United, who were relegated from the Championship last season. He will now continue to play in that league.
Semi Akayi is apparently now having his medical at his new team, West Bromwich Albion. Seemingly, the 25 year-old Nigerian defender's move will be confirmed in the coming hours.
This is what 'TMW' says. That would mean Ajayi would put an end to two and a half seasons at Rotherham United to join the Midlands club.
Last season, he ended up playing 49 matches. He scored eight goals and gave one assist. If his signing is confirmed, he will be able to continue playing in the Championship next season after Rotherham were relegated to League One back in May.
