Ajax regained top spot in the Eredivisie as they comfortably beat PEC Zwolle 3-0 on an emotional afternoon in Amsterdam

Frank de Boer's side once again reclaimed the top position, passing PSV Eindhoven, with a 3-0 win against PEC Zwolle, on a day which the club paid tributes to legend Johan Cruyff.

Lasse Schone got the hosts in front in the third minute with an impressive header and Arkadiusz Milik then added two more in the 30th and 41st minutes, taking his Eredivisie tally for the season to 18.

The match came to temporary halt in the 14th minute as everyone in the stadium stood for a euphoric round of applause in tribute to the late, great Johan Cruyff. Thousands in the stands also held up coloured pieces of plastic to spell out Cruyff's name, as well as '1947-2016'.
