The striker lived through this moment on the sideline where he was warming up, and he showed his emotion at seeing another member of his family fulfill his dream. Marcelino brought on Iñaki himself just minutes later.
The older Williams came on to the pitch and was able to enjoy a few minutes next to his brother Nicholas. In fact, his introduction directly contributed to his side's next goal, as Iñaki assisted Raúl García to make it 2-1 to the home side before Weissman's equaliser.
Iñaki Williams made his debut with Athletic on 6th December 2014 in a match against Cordoba. Now, many seasons later on 28th April, Nicholas can brag about completing that challenge himself.
