A Chinese man goes from working at a 'Pound World' to being Cristiano Ronaldo's neighbour
A man of Chinese nationality , in just 8 months, went from working in 'Pound World' to living on the same luxury neighbourhood as Ronaldo in Madrid
This has been made possible due to the great luck that Javi, who wants to remain annoymous, had after he won the 'Euromillions' and 'La Primitiva' in under a year. In total, winning around 140 million euros.
It was in June of 2014, in Parla, and with the biggest ever jackpot in the history of the Spanish lottery.
Javi, after being asked for his reaction to finding out he had won this great fortune, said he couldn't sleep for 3 days. "Eyes open, looking at the ceiling. It was the happiness, much more than when I won the second time around", he affirmed.
"I invested 7 euros and i won 1.861.536,14 euros.. I put much more on since then", he added. Even now he continues playing it, as well as investing through his financial advisor.
However, Javi hasn't stopped working. "Yes I still work, It wasn't enough to retire", he added.
"I arrived in Spain aged 18. I worked everywhere, Chinese restaurants, Spanish ones, I cleaned, everywhere. Yes, when I won the first time, I left everything", he finished.
