Genoa have announced that they have 14 cases of coronavirus in their side, eight of them footballers.

The coronavirus is continuing to cause problems across the world of football. The virus is causing havoc across the world and we are now well into the second wave

Genoa are the latest football club to be affected by the virus. The club said that there are 14 cases of coronavirus, eight of them footballers. 

This news comes just one day after Genoa were away to Napoli at San Paolo and got thumped 6-0. 

Genoa may not even be able to play Sunday's clash with Torino. There is talk of it being postponed, but the Italian league will have to make the final decision. Napoli will have to do everything possible to make sure the virus does not spread throughout their squad.
