All 13 players to have made 500+ PL appearances

Gareth Barry
The top appearance maker Premier League history (653), Barry's long career is still going, although he is currently plying his trade in the second tier with West Bromwich Albion. During his time playing in the top flight, the midfielder managed to win it all. An FA Cup, a League Cup and of course a Premier League title during his time at City are the undoubted highlights of a brilliant career.
Ryan Giggs
The Welsh wizard won everything during his long Manchester United career, which ended with a record 632 Premier League appearances. Giggs also managed just the 13 Premier League titles during his career at Old Trafford.
Frank Lampard
'Super Frank' as he is more commonly known at Chelsea, Lampard is a Premier League legend. The midfielder played the majority of his 609 Premier League appearances with the Stamford Bridge club, although he would return to haunt them at the latter end of his career in England, by scoring against them for Manchester City during his brief spell up north.
David James
The goalkeeper had varied success during his lengthy spell in the Premier League, playing for no less than 5 clubs in the top flight. His 572 Premier League matches will be remembered for his exploits between the sticks, although he was once deployed as a striker at Manchester City; in 2004-05 manager Stuart Pearce saw him as a last ditch solution to his side desperately needing to score a goal to secure UEFA Cup qualification. Sadly, James failed to get on the score sheet, and will thus be better remembered for keeping shots out rather than putting them in.
Gary Speed
The late Welshman made 535 Premier League appearances across spells with Leeds United, Everton, Newcastle United and Bolton Wanderers. A winger by trade, he used to terrorise defenders, and developed a great relationship with fellow forward Alan Shearer during his spell at Newcastle.
Emile Heskey
The former England striker made 516 appearances in the Premier League between stints at Liverpool, Leicester City, Birmingham City, Aston Villa and Wigan Athletic. Although he may never have won a top division league title, Heskey does hold FA Cup and League cup winners medals, as well as having earned 62 caps for England national team.
Mark Schwarzer
The Australian goalkeeper was a mainstay in goal for a number of top Premier League sides during his career. He represented Middlesbrough, Fulham, Chelsea and Leicester City, making 514 appearances in total and winning the League Cup once in 2003-04.
Jamie Carragher
One of the few players to have made over 500 Premier League appearances for a single club, Everton fan Jamie Carragher became a Liverpool icon. Most heralded for the part he played in securing the clubs 5th Champions League crown in Istanbul in 2005, Carragher formed one of the best centre half pairings in Premier League history, alongside Finland international Sami Hyypia. Carragher also managed to win two FA Cups and three League Cups among other honours during his time in the English top flight.
Phil Neville
Perhaps one of the less famed members of the Manchester United 'Class of 92', Phil Neville enjoyed a long career at Old Trafford, before finishing his playing days as captain of Everton. In total, Neville made 505 Premier League appearances, winning 6 titles, 3 FA Cups and one Champions League crown.
Steven Gerrard
'Mr Liverpool' Steven Gerrard is another player whose appearances came with just one club. With 504 Premier League appearances to his name, Gerrard is renowned as one of the best ever midfielders produced in England. He captained Liverpool to an historic 5th Champions League crown in 2005, as well as single-handedly winning a number of other major finals for the club. Sadly, his own slip during a crunch clash with Chelsea at Anfield would rob him and Liverpool of an elusive first Premier League title in 2013-14, and he would finish his career without ever winning the top domestic honour in the English game.
Rio Ferdinand
Having played for both fierce rivals Leeds United and Manchester United, it is a surprise that Ferdinand still holds such a high reputation among both fans and players of both clubs to this day. Ferdinand began his career with West Ham United, before moving to Leeds United and then onto Manchester United, where he won all of the major honours listed on his enviable resume. Six Premier League crowns, two League Cups, and a Champions League crown; Ferdinand won almost everything in the domestic game and finished with 504 top flight appearances.
Sol Campbell
The England international recently earned his first job in management with League Two outfit Macclesfield Town, but it will be a long while before his managerial exploits eclipse that of his playing career. Most famously known for having played for both North London rivals Tottenham and Arsenal, Campbell is certainly one of the most divisive figures in the history of English football. He captained both teams during his respective spells, and also went on to play for Portsmouth and Newcastle United, as he finished his career with 503 Premier League appearances. Undoubtedly his best achievement in the game was his constant presence in defence for the legendary Arsenal 'Invincibles' title winning side in 2003-04.
James Milner
The only active member of the 500 club, Milner recently reached the landmark appearance figure when he played for Liverpool in a 4-1 win over Bournemouth at the Vitality stadium. At 32, Milner still looks to be going strong, and could still play for a number of years to come, and so he could ultimately threaten the top of the leader board of Premier League appearance makers, should he remain injury-free. Milner started his career at local club Leeds United, and has also played for Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Manchester City, before his move to Liverpool three years ago. The midfielder's most successful spell in the Premier League came during his time in Manchester, where he won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and a League Cup. Having already hit 500 appearances, Milner could potentially reach 6th place on the all time appearances made leader board come the end of the current season.
