Karim Adeyemi will move to Dortmund next summer. Borussia Dortmund and Red Bull Salzburg have now reached an agreement on his transfer, 'Sky Sports' reports.
Adeyemi will be the one to replace an Erling Haaland whose future lies further and further away from the German side. Man City and Real Madrid are the front runners in the race for the Norwegian.
The current Red Bull Salzburg player will move to Dortmund for around 35 million euros, according to the cited source. He will pen a five year deal.
That means the German club will once again have one of the emerging stars of European football. He has shone in the Champions League this year.
He is doing exactly what Haaland did as he also went from Salzburg to Dortmund.
Dortmund have got there ahead of other big European clubs who also wanted Adeyemi. The agreement just needs to be made official.
