Mourinho believes James Rodriguez has enough quality to help Manchester United win the Premier League next season.
The Colombian joined Madrid in 2014, after excelling in the World Cup. However, he has not really found his stride with the Spanish giants, and has been linked with numerous top clubs.
Real Madrid paid 60 million pounds for the playmaker at the time, and will look to make that money back. United are not alone in their interest for Rodriguez, with Bayern and PSG also following his situation.
At Bayern, he James could rejoin Ancelotti, who signed him for Madrid, and PSG would have no issue in splashing out the cash. Mourinho will have to decide whether he can get enough out of the 25-year-old.
