Nuno Espirito Santo was pleased to get the win over Mura. DUGOUT

Tottenham boss Nuno Santo was relieved to see his team put recent poor performances behind them with a five-star display to easily account for Mura 5-1 in the Europa Conference League.

Tottenham hosted Mura in a Europa Conference League clash on Thursday.

The hosts were awarded a penalty in the 4th minute after a foul by the keeper and Dele Alli converted it. Giovani Lo Celso made it two shortly afterwards and the hosts were comfortable. However, the Slovenians pulled one back with a terrific volley by Ziga Kous after 52 minutes and that led to Son, Moura and Kane coming on. Harry Kane then netted a hat-trick in less than 20 minutes to complete a convincing 5-1 win.
