VIDEO: Spurs dump Chelsea out of the Carabao Cup on penalties

The last 16 of the Carabao Cup began on Tuesday as Tottenham hosted Chelsea at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. 

Chelsea started the better and took an early lead through Timo Werner after a major error by debutant Sergio Reguilon. Tottenham picked up as the game went on though as just as when it looked Chelsea were going to win, Erik Lamela levelled for Mourinho's men in the 87th minute.

The game went to penalties and after nine converted penalties, Mason Mount hit the post with Chelsea's fifth and Spurs won 5-4 on penalties. Check out the highlights in the video above!
