VIDEO: Inigo Martinez' first interview as Barca player

Barcelona announced two weeks ago that Inigo Martinez joined the Catalan side as a free agent. The centre-back has signed until 2025.
Both Xavi Hernandez and the board were already interested in the centre-back but could not afford his transfer until this summer. The Spaniard will fight for a key role in Barcelona's defence as both Andreas Christensen and Ronald Araujo are undisputed starters.
The new 'Cules' player gave his first interview in which he explained why he decided to swap Athletic Club for Barcelona: "I was a lot of time in my comfort zone. I needed a change of scenery. Since Barcelona called me, the truth is that I looked on it well. The trust they placed in me right from the first call already helped me to take that step.
"There is full confidence in the squad, in the coaching staff and the turth is that I am happy and I'm looking forward to meeting new people, another city, another type of life and a different lifestyle," said the centre-back.
