For some weeks Chelsea are looking closely in the transfer window for a top level replacement for Kepa Arrizabalaga. With just a few days until the end of the market, Nick Pope and Dean Henderson have been linked with Chelsea.

Kepa Arrizabalaga's performances so far this season are not pleasing the Chelsea board at all. Therefore, the English side have been looking for a high quality replacement this January.

So far this season, the 25 year-old Spanish goalkeeper has played a total of 31 matches and conceded 43 goals, an verage of 1.4 goals per game. That has led to him being criticised.

Therefore, 'The Times' reports that Chelsea have now found two ideal candidates to become his replacement. Two top keepers, but only one will move to Stamford Bridge

They are the 27 year-old Burnley keeper Nick Pope and the Man Utd keepèr on load at Sheffield United, Dean Henderson, who is 22. Their contracts last beyond 2020 and both are playing regularly for their clubs.

The former has played a total of 24 competitive matches, conceding 38 goals, an average of 1.6 goals per game; while Henderson has let in 21 goals in 24 matches, 0.9 goals per game.
