Son has faith that Kane will stay at Tottenham

While Son's future is about to be resolved, so too is his Kane's - although the two could well end up at different clubs next season. When asked about his teammate, the South Korean said he had faith that the England international would be a Spurs player next season.

Son tried to calm the rumours placing Harry Kane away from Tottenham. "Has Kane moved yet? It's not completely decided... Instead of being worried about him leaving, I'm giving my all for Tottenham and for my country", the South Korean said in an interview previewing South Korea's encounter against Turkmenistan. 

"Maybe Kane is doing the same and is preparing himself for the European Championships", he added, to try and justify his teammate's silence regarding him staying at the club.

Son himself could renew his contract at Spurs once his commitments with the national team are over, according to reports from Fabrizio Romano. Son is contracted at the club until 2023, which he could extend further.
