"Solskjaer did really well except he was bullied by the players"

Ralf Rangnick took over the reigns at Manchester United after the club decided to part company with Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer. Despite rumours, it still remains unknown who will manage the team next season as Rangnick was only brought in as an interim manager.
Paul Parker believes that there is a problem at United and this is that the players end up "bullying" the managers they do not like. This has been made clear in his interview published by 'The Daily Mail'.
"If players decide they don’t like the manager, they don’t play. They tell their agents and the agents run to the owners. And players sitting there, looking at the manager going, 'I know you’re not here for long because upstairs they don’t like you'", he highlighted.
For Paul Parker, Solskjaer did a great job at the club. "Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did really well except he was bullied by the players, dictated to by players playing average or worse. Signing a player (Maguire) for over-the-top and then making him captain wasn’t the best move", he analysed.
Parker criticised the United owners' (the Glazers) management of the club. "This is the fifth manager since Sir Alex and they’ve never been backed by the people at the top".
The ex player believes that so many managerial changes has affected the team's performance on the pitch. "Some of them have played for at least three managers...", he finished.
