Simeone happy for Argentina

On Sunday, Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone sent a message of thanks to the players of his national side, who are now World Champions, where he claims that: "The glory is only for the chosen few, and that's you".

"Thanks, team. And I'm starting in this way because the World Cup was won by representing in the best way what it is to be all united, committed and showing with concrete actions what we all feel for the Argentina national side", Simeone wrote on Twitter.

"You're very lucky and you've gone down in our country's and our football's history! Thank you for giving such a great happiness to our lovely population! Enjoy it a lot because the glory is only for the chosen ones, and that's you!" he added.

"And congratulations as well to all of you who have come up from small places which are now so important", Simone concluded.
