TEAM NEWS:
Sevilla:
Munir El Haddadi, who came off the bench against Real Madrid to make his La Liga debut last week, could make the starting XI against his former club this week. Quincy Promes and Aleix Vidal are amongst those hoping to be included in the side, with manager Machin looking to make changes from the side that lost to Madrid. Nolito will not feature, however, as he remains sidelined.
Barcelona:
Lionel Messi only played the final half an hour of last weekend's victory over Leganes, so should start. Luis Suarez is likely to be supported by Philippe Coutinho, who looks to be getting a run in the side following the injury to Ousmane Dembele. Ivan Rakitic should also return, as should Jasper Cillessen, who is Barcelona's preferred goalkeeper in the Copa del Rey. Long term absentees Rafinha and Samuel Umtiti will not feature.
MANAGERS' THOUGHTS:
Sevilla manager Pablo Machín on a tricky draw and the importance of the fans in this encounter:
"I doubt Barcelona would have been happy with the draw either. I'm sure it will be a great tie and I hope, above all, that there won't be any injuries."
"I don't have to say anything to the fans, they've been with the team right from the qualifying rounds in the Europa League and they'll be with us tomorrow against Barcelona. They push us on in hard moments."
Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde on new signing Kevin Prince Boateng and the threat posed by Sevilla:
"Kevin-Prince Boateng is a player who has experience, knows the league and the role he will develop. We hope he helps us, he is a strong player"
"Sevilla are a great team with experience in the qualifying rounds and have the measure of this competition"
