Barcelona women's captain Alexia Putellas will show her UEFA women's player of the year award to the supporters at the Spotify Camp Nou prior to the La Liga matchday three game between Barcelona and Valladolid.
The Catalans announced on Friday that the player will come onto the pitch to receive applause from the club's fans before the men's team play.
Putellas won the award for the second year running in the ceremony held this Thursday in Istanbul. She beat Arsenal's Beth Mead and German footballer Lena Oberdorf of Wolfsburg in the vote.
This award means the 28 year-old is the only women's player to have won it twice in a row.
