UEFA announced that the 2027 Champions League final will be held at the Riyadh Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid. The home of Atletico Madrid previously hosted the 2019 final between Liverpool and Tottenham.

Atletico Madrid's Metropolitano Stadium will host the 2027 men's Champions League final, as decided by the UEFA Executive Committee in Tirana this Thursday.

The stadium will host the final of Europe's premier club competition for the second time, having previously done so in 2019 when Liverpool lifted the trophy after beating Tottenham.

The stadium, one of eleven Spanish venues selected to host matches up to the semi-finals of the 2030 World Cup, was inaugurated on 16 September 2017. It is where Atletico Madrid play their home matches and has a capacity of 70,692 spectators, 96% of which is covered.

The stadium has 1,000 parking spaces inside the building and another 3,000 spaces outside. The club owns the perimeter around the stadium, where it has set up two Fan Zones, one next to the South End and one next to the North End.
