Napoli: Carlo Ancelotti has no fresh injury concerns and boasts an almost clean bill of health.
Liverpool: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee), Adam Lallana (groin) and Divock Origi (ankle) remain out for Liverpool.
Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti:
"It's an important game but not a decisive one, we need to try and bring home the three points because we dropped two at Red Star.
"They're one of the best teams around, they reached the Champions League final last year and this year they've started really well, with great organisation.
"We're also in top physical condition so I expect a very intense match," added Ancelotti, whose side were beaten by Liverpool 5-0 in a pre-season friendly."
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp:
"They are a good team in a good moment. Even the last game was not bad against Juventus.
"They are in good shape, second in the league, impressive results. We played against [Maurizio] Sarri and his new team on Saturday and now we play against his old team, so it will be interesting.
"It’s not exactly the same anymore because they changed style and lost Jorginho, but they’re very quick up front, have good footballers, a good counter-press, a good counter… it will be interesting".

Head To Head:
These two sides have only ever met on two previous occasions, with those coming in the group stages of the 2010-11 Europa League.
On those occasions the match in Naples ended goalless, but there was plenty of drama at Anfield as Steven Gerrard's scored a hat-trick in the final 15 minutes - including goals in the 88th and 89th minutes - to seal a come-from-behind 3-1 victory.
Liverpool have now lost just two of their last eight visits to Italian clubs, although one of those came in their most recent European away game when they were beaten by Roma in last season's semi-final.
