TEAM NEWS:
Monaco: Kamil Glik is the latest player to suffer and injury blow, with the Monegasques now without almost a dozen players due to injury and suspension. Defensive midfielder Pele is banned for being sent off in the defeat to Reims last time out, whilst defender Andrea Raggi continues to serve a five-match ban for punching Clement Grenier as Monaco went down 2-1 to Stade Rennais back in October. Summer signing Aleksandr Golovin (ankle) and young striker Pietro Pellegri (groin) are both out, whilst Jean-Eudes Aholou (foot), Willem Geubbels (knee), Stevan Jovetic (thigh), Kévin N'Doram (elbow), Rony Lopes, Danijel Subasic and Adama Traoré (all thigh) are all doubts.
PSG: The visitors have a full squad to chose from after Dani Alves and Layvin Kurzawa returned from knee and back injuries respectively. Adrien Rabiot could be handed a recall after he was benched for the 1-1 draw with Napoli in the Champions League in midweek.
WHO IS SAYING WHAT?
Monaco boss Thierry Henry:
“The pleasure is still there but the pressure is also in a difficult time and we know it will not be easy Sunday against Paris Saint-Germain.
"Although it may seem complicated, we will try to annoy them by finding the right formula. We know that it is already complicated with the starting eleven, but with a diminished team and a lot of young people, it is even more complicated.
"After that we must not say that there is nothing to lose. We will have to have a big performance and take the points where we can take them.
“We will try to go back to the basics and pressure like in Brugge. We must be much stronger but especially return to winning the duels. We must manage to see this match against Paris Saint-Germain as a cup match.”
PSG boss Thomas Tuchel:
"Monaco are a big Ligue 1 club and it's dangerous to play there. They have a lot of individual quality. Lopes and Falcao are two top-level forwards.
"Monaco are in a difficult situation, they have played with a lot of systems and a lot of different players during recent matches. It's difficult to prepare for this match because we don't know what they're going to do against us.
"On the other hand, our priority is to play to our best. We still have a lot to do in terms of our passing, our pressing...It's up to us to show our best face. It's a challenge and we have to prepare thoroughly to produce our best performance."
