Modric trains with Madrid but still doubtful for Copa del Rey final

Real Madrid are already preparing for the Copa del Rey final against Osasuna and trained on Monday afternoon. Both David Alaba and Karim Benzema trained with their teammates.

Fede Valverde and Luka Modric also took part in the training session but the Croatian is still doubtful as he was not able to finish the session.

The 37-year-old is expected to return to action in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Manchester City. Carlo Ancelotti does not want to force him to avoid a more serious injury.

Ferland Mendy will definitely miss Saturday's game against Osasuna as he continues recovering from injury. The players who started the match against Real Sociedad had a recovery session.

Vinicius Jr and Eduardo Camavinga, who did not play on Tuesday, trained normally along with Eden Hazard, Odriozola, Lucas Vazquez, Alaba, Benzema, Fede Valverde and several academy players.
