"Mbappe was like an orphan without Messi and Neymar"

Paris Saint-Germain coach Christophe Galtier held a press conference after the goalless draw against Stade de Reims and spoke about Kylian Mbappe's poor finishing.
"Kylian Mbappe was a bit like an orphan without Messi and Neymar. I thought so. I started to think that as the game went on.... Kylian was up against a goalkeeper who made a decisive save, it also depends on that, although we can't be satisfied with that," said the French coach.
And in the same vein, he explained why Neymar didn't start the game: "Ney didn't start the game because he's been playing a lot recently. Obviously when he came on we saw a good relationship. That's why our second half was more interesting despite us being down to 10 men. Unfortunately Ney lacked a bit of accuracy.
For his part, Galtier spoke about the development of the game: "There was a lot of nervousness on both sides. There were a lot of clashes. In this atmosphere, neither team dominated the events.
"Of course, it's a disappointment. Because when you have the ambition to be champion, you have to win everywhere. Today we didn't do it. With extenuating circumstances, but that's no excuse," he closed.
