Jordi Alba has got back to his best when he was most being criticised for his performances. The Spaniard is in great form and he showed that once again this Saturday.
Just before the 30 minute mark, the left back scored the opening goal for Barca in their away game with Osasuna on matchday 26 in La Liga. He has got four goals in his last nine matches.
Leo Messi received the ball in midfield and he picked out Alba on the left. He broke the Osasuna offside trap, ran into the box to pick up the pass and then fired past Sergio Herrera high and into the top corner.
Messi and Alba often combine in Barca goals, but the roles are usually reversed. This time, Messi assisted and Jordi Alba scored. That put Ronald Koeman's side in the lead. .
