"It's a thorn in my side not signing for Barca"

However, the defender made it clear that one of his biggest regrets is not having signed for Barcelona. That is what the ex-Getafe man said in an interview with 'Estadio Deportivo'.

"I didn't have the chance and it's always been a thorn in my side. If the opportunity opens up in the future, we'd weigh it up, but it would be great", he said. Therefore, he left the possiblity open.
