"I prefer not to speak about Messi..."

Quique Setien was sacked by FC Barcelona in August 2020. The 8-2 thrashing by Bayern in the Champions League quarter-finals ended the manager's contract and he was replaced by Ronald Koeman.

'Movistar+' has produced a report on the former Barça coach under the name 'Informe Setien'. Through the networks, the said media published an extract of what will be this complete report.

Setien briefly recalls his time at FC Barcelona. "There are specific situations that are uncomfortable. I prefer not to talk about Messi...", he said.

Eder Sarabia, who was his assistant coach, also spoke about his experience at the Camp Nou during the 'Setien era': "At the beginning I had a very good relationship, it's true that then it deteriorated a bit because of the results and the situation at the club, which wasn't the best. I don't think he was completely happy. That's what led to his departure from Barcelona".
