"I'm willing to reduce my salary to stay at Juve"

Pogba is ready to return. The Frenchman, who was banned for four years for testing positive for synthetic testosterone on 20 August 2023, has finally had his ban reduced to just 18 months by CAS. His return is scheduled for March 2025, a moment the player is looking forward to.

The Frenchman, who has already made a statement on the matter, spoke to various media outlets on Wednesday to discuss, among other things, his situation and whether he considered retirement. In addition, the midfielder answered questions about his future at Juventus and what he expects from his return.

"He's going to be a new Pogba for sure, even better than before. Hungrier, wiser and stronger. I feel like a kid who wants to be a professional again. This year I worked alone with the coaches and I'm ready to go back to normal in 2025. I only have one desire: to play football," Pogba told ESPN of his new version of himself, telling La Gazzetta dello Sport of his desire to play for Juve, with whom he has a contract until 2026.

"I want to play for Juventus again. I'm willing to reduce my salary to stay. I'm only thinking about training and playing for Juve. I want to prove I'm a great player again. I will speak on the pitch and Thiago (Motta) will judge with his own eyes."
