"I feel ready to play for Real Madrid"

Odriozola will return to Real Madrid for the third time to try to make a place for himself in Carlo Ancelotti's team. This season, under the orders of Vincenzo Italiano, he has played 27 games in Serie A.

The Basque full-back has had a good season and, as he said in an interview with 'Onda Cero', he assured: "In my head and in my heart I feel ready for Real Madrid".

"It has been a great year. That's what I've told my agent and that's the objective. I feel like a man and not a boy and we're going for everything," explained Odriozola, who is just 26 years old.

His contract with 'Los Blancos' expires in two years, in June 2024. The Bernabeu will have to clarify his future once the season is over, but he could stay on as a replacement for Carvajal.
