Henderson: 'Liverpool were still full of belief at half-time'

Luka Milivojevic scored the opening goal to take Palace ahead of Liverpool in Saturday's Premier League match, as the 'Reds' struggled to pose a consistent threat in front of the goal.
Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah were not quite on par with their usual goalscoring prowess, whilst Sadio Mane was yellow-carded for diving in the penalty area. Meanwhile, Palace profited from the return of Wilfried Zaha and Mamadou Sakho who passed late fitness tests.
Despite Palace's initial lead, Liverpool fought back to take a 2-1 victory at Selhurst Park, but midfielder Jordan Henderson was never in doubt that the 'Reds' would be ahead on the final whistle.
He told the club official website: ''We were still full of belief at half-time that we could turn things around and that showed in the second half. [We knew we needed to] move the the ball quicker, keep going, keep getting the ball into the box and creating chances because we know we can score goals. I didn't think we were at our best but when you are not playing at your best you've got to keep going and find a way, and I thought we did that brilliantly. We kept going in the second half and found a way to win.''
Palace's Martin Kelly, however, felt that luck was not on their side when Liverpool's Sane avoided another booking for an evident handball.
He said: ''Anyone else on the pitch is given a yellow for that but it is what it is and we got the free-kick but in different circumstances it's a second yellow.''
