Estudiantes La Plata and FC Barcelona faced each on 19th December 2009 in the Club World Cup final. With goals from Boselli and Pedro, the next world champion had to be decided in extra-time.
And the person that got the winner was Leo Messi. During the additional thirty minutes, the Argentine scored a goal with his chest that, in the end, would give Barca the title.
Also in a final, in extra-time... and with his chest, Rhyan Grant got the first goal in the final match of the A-League season. With the score at 0-0, the Australian scored in the 101st minute the goal that gave his side the trophy.
The Sydney RB, in an attack for his side, was unmarked on the right. Luke Brattan saw him and played him an excellent aerial ball for his teammate to emulate Messi and unbalance the match.
