"I'm confident in the team. I know we're going to go one hundred percent. We know the fans are going to help us a lot. If we play what we know, we will get through the semi-final," said Ferran Torres in statements to the Valencian club's website.
On Sunday, against Huesca, the Valencia player became the youngest player to reach 50 matches with the club, at just 19 years and 66 days, and assured that until now every encounter with the team has been important for him.
"It's always special. For me all the matches I have played with the first team have been special, but if I have to say one of the 50 I would say that it was the day I scored my first official goal with Valencia, in the Copa del Rey against Sporting. That day was very special," he acknowledged.
The winger said that the season is already "unforgettable" for him and made reference to "the moments after the two Cup qualifiers played against Betis and Getafe".
"We live many emotions with the fans. It's been an unforgettable season both personally and for the team," he said.
