Endrick starts but does not shine in Brazil Super Cup win

Palmeiras lifted the first title of the year with a 4-3 victory over Flamengo in the Brazilian Super Cup. Endrick, who will sign for Real Madrid, was a starter.

The 16-year-old was substituted in the 65th minute of the match when his team were leading. The striker did not stand out with his performances during the match and was not very participative.

He had no opportunities to score in the first half but he did something that amazed the fans. Endrick lost the ball but went to retrieve it and snatched it from a defender. The Brazilian player celebrated this performance as if it were a goal.

The striker tried to score a goal before Abel Ferreira decided to substitute him. Endrick controlled and avoided the Flamengo defence and generated a penalty that Raphael Veiga converted into a goal.
