It seems as though Barcelona is the team most interested in signing Jovic. The Serbian is up there at the top of the Azulgranas' list for next year's campaign, although the recruitment team will have to be on high alert.
The boy can't stop scoring, that's what has attracted all the attention. Against Germany, in his international debut for Serbia, he took less than 15 minutes to make it 0-1. Each of his goals reignites the worry in the Eintracht camp, as they paid the purchase option to Benfica for their current star.
Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Real Madrid... these are just some of the top tier clubs that are competing to sign Jovic. Eintracht Frankfurt, meanwhile, are awaiting offers but, according to 'Marca', has decided to count Barcelona out.
The Germans want to prolong a deal so that Jovic gains interest across Europe. In doing so, his offer could increase from what it would be now, 60 million, to the heights of 80 or 90 million euros. The market has always been unpredictable, and the Germans know it.
As a result of what could happen, Barcelona are keeping other options open. It looks as though Griezmann could be back on the cards but he will have to wait in line behind Jovic and De Ligt. The speculation surrounding the Frenchman continues after he said he would not move to Barcelona last summer.
