Diogo Dalot signs new Man Utd deal until 2028

Manchester United are already preparing for the 2023/2024 season. After the Red Devils finished third in the Premier League this season, United are already building their squad to compete in next year's Champions League.
But Ten Hag's team is not only looking to bring in new players, but also to renew some of the key ones at Old Trafford. This is Diogo Dalot's case.
The Portuguese right-back has been a key player in the Dutch coach's plans and has been renewed until 2028 with a further optional year. The Mancunian club announced it through their social networks with a statement.
"Diogo Dalot has signed a new contract that will extend his stay with Manchester United until 30th June 2028, with an option for a further year. The 24-year-old defender has made 107 appearances for the club and achieved 11 full international caps for Portugal," reads the statement.
“Playing for Manchester United is one of the highest honours that you can have in football. We have shared some fantastic moments over the past five years, and I’ve grown so much and my passion for this incredible club has only increased since the day that I joined," said Dalot regarding his renewal.
