De Jong’s new agent holds talks with Barcelona’s Deco after agent split

According to the newspaper Sport, French representative Sebastian Ledure, Frenkie De Jong's new agent, visited the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper today to meet with Deco, Barcelona's sporting director.

This meeting comes after the Dutch midfielder terminated his contractual relationship with his former agent Ali Dursun. De Jong waited to resolve the necessary legal and documentation procedures before making the change of representation official.

Once these procedures were completed, the player's team agreed to initiate direct contact with Deco. On the sporting front, Frenkie De Jong trained with the group this morning, showing his commitment to the club in the midst of this transition process.

Yesterday, the Dutch player did not participate in the session for personal reasons related to the imminent arrival of his son, although the birth has not yet taken place.

Ledure's visit is seen as a first step towards the contractual and professional reorganisation of one of the pillars of Barça's midfield.
