Chaos ensued at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan early in the second period. A foul by Djene on Ocampos caused a fight between both benches. Bordalas had to be restrained by his own coaching staff after shouting at Lopetegui. Both were dismissed.
It all started after an incident at midfield. Djene made a challenge and caught Ocampos with tremendous speed right on the ankle. The Argentine was lying on the pitch and remarkably, the referee did not even give a foul.
While Ocampos was getting treatment, referee Juan Martinez Munuera was called over by VAR to look at the incident. The official spent little time at the monitor before producing the red card.
The match was halted for a few minutes while Ocampos was taken off on a stretcher while Djene explained what happened to Sevilla's Aleix Vidal.

When the medical staff had taken Ocampos off, before reaching the dressing room, Lopetegui went to console his player. In that moment, according to 'COPE', Lopetegui looked at his opposite number Bordalas and shouted "tu p**a madre" (f**k your mother) at him.
That enraged the Getafe boss who then had to be pulled away by his coaching staff to prevent a fight. Martinez Munuera sent Bordalas off when he was trying to get onto the pitch.
The official also dismissed Lopetegui who also had to go to the dressing room. Three red cards and potentially a very serious injury to Ocampos.
