Chelsea host West Ham at Stamford Bridge in a London derby that has little to play for in this final stretch of the season. The two teams are separated by just two points and are on an irregular run of fixtures, with the Hammers and Blues having won just three of their last five games (two Chelsea and one West Ham).
The Blues' injury list is overflowing with Enzo Fernandez, Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia, Ugochukwu, Reece James, Raheem Sterling, Malo Gusto, Ben Chilwell, Carney Chukwuemeka and Robert Sanchez. Disasi, a victim of a knock, and Thiago Silva could be available for Pochettino.
For the Hammers, David Moyes has just three injuries and two of them may be fit in time for the game against Stamford Bridge. Aguerd is ruled out with an ankle problem, while Earthy and Mavropanos could be back.
