Chelsea's four internal battles that Tuchel needs to resolve

Few are successful in the world of football that are fickle. The beautiful game is so unpredictable that everything can change from the difference of a few centimetres or the timing of just one second - they can make a glorious season turn disastrous. Chelsea's case is perhaps not so extreme, but it is true that some of the smiles at the club have been replaced by doubts in recent days.
Tuchel's men had two finals ahead of them as well as the aim of qualifying for the Champions League next season. For this reason it had been smiles all round at Stamford Bridge, although things look to be taking a turn for the worst.
The 'Blues' were defeated in the FA Cup final at the hands of Leicester City, their first trophy escaping them. The home defeat against Arsenal combined with an upturn in form of Liverpool just behind them means that their qualification for Europe's elite competition is far from secured.
While their fate is in their own hands, Chelsea have to win against Villa in their last game of the season if they don't want to be playing for Champions League qualification in this season's final against Manchester City on May 29th.
For this reason, Tuchel will have to resolve four internal issues at the club in order to clear the air in time for this crucial end to the season. According to reports from 'Daily Mail', the four worries are the lack of goals, the performance of Jorginho, the side's game plan and injuries.
The first section involves Timo Werner, Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud. The second saw himself demoted to the subs bench after the arrival of the first. Chelsea had put high hopes on the German (as well a lot of money), but his 12 goals and constant errors in front of goal have made the 'Blues' lose hope. Abraham has the same tally for the season, while Giroud has 11. The key is that the ex-RB Leipzig player has played 3,676 minutes to score his amount, while Abraham has only played 1,561 and Giroud 1,200.
Regarding Jorginho, Chelsea fans have been criticising his performances for a while. They believe his role has become secondary at the club, when once upon a time he was one of the first names on the team sheet. He was especially criticised for the final against Leicester, for which reason Tuchel will have to recuperate the player's best form looking ahead to his side's crucial remaining games.
The game plan is another worry for the Chelsea manager. Although it wasn't long ago that his tactics were praised, now doubts are starting to creep in. The decision to play 5 defenders makes it difficult for players such as Pulisic, Havertz or Ziyech to get game time, something which fans are starting to berate.
Lastly, injuries have started to become a serious issue for Tuchel in recent games. Kante came off early in Tuesday's win against Leicester due to a slight knock, which certainly raised the alarm. The Frenchman is crucial to the team and one of the first names on the team sheet if he's fit, alongside names such as Mount and Azpilicueta, two players that are also nursing slight issues.
