Casemiro and Modric swapped shirts at half-time!

Luka Modric and Carlos Henrique Casemiro swapped shirts at half-time of the 2022 World Cup quarter-final between Croatia and Brazil. The match at the Education City stadium saw the pair reunite after eight seasons at Real Madrid.
Both fought for balls in midfield during the first 45 minutes of the contest. Modric even managed to dispossess Casemiro on one occasiosn.
However, when Croatia had the ball, Modric was indetectable for Casemiro and the other Brazilian footballers. The number 10 had a heat map which went from his area to close to Alisson's in a first 45 minutes which was the main news in a first half which was 0-0 at the interval.
After this, both players exchanged shirts to keep a memory of their friendship on and off the pitch. Together with Kroos, they formed a historic midfield trip which won 16 trophies including three La Liga titles and four Champions Leagues.
