Leeds returned to winning ways in the previous match against Newcastle (1-2), a match in which Marcelo Bielsa's side saw Diego Llorente forced off after just ten minutes.
It was the coach himself who confirmed the central defender's injury at a press conference: "It's a muscular injury and he will be out of the team for three or four weeks".
"We are all trying to help him and support him during this injury," added the Argentine coach ahead of the match against Leicester in the Premier League.
Diego Llorente will almost certainly miss Leeds' games against Everton, Crystal Palace, Arsenal, Wolves and Aston Villa in addition to Saturday's clash. He could return for the clash against West Ham on 6 March.
