Bayern and Leroy Sane in advanced discussions for new deal

Bayern Munich and Leroy Sane have engaged in fresh, constructive talks regarding a potential contract extension, according to reliable journalist Florian Plettenberg.

The chances of Sane remaining with the Bundesliga champions beyond 2025 have significantly improved compared to previous months, signalling a positive shift in negotiations.

Despite the encouraging news, no formal decision has been made and nothing has been confirmed, with Bayern yet to present Sane with a written offer.

The 29-year-old winger's contract expires in June 2025 and it appears he is determined to extend his stay at the Allianz Arena.

Sane's commitment to the club is evident as he is determined to convince Bayern bosses with good performances on the pitch.

The German international has been a key player for the German side this season helping with six Bundesliga goals so far.

Sane's future remains a priority for the club's sporting director Max Eberl, who has previously expressed the importance of retaining key players, as has already happened with the re-signings of Neuer and Davies.
