Arsenal favourites to sign Declan Rice

This season could be the turning point for Mikel Arteta's Arsenal. The Gunners are the favourites to get Declan Rice for next season, according to 'Daily Mail'. West Ham are reportedly accepting they will lose their player. 

The player's contract expires in June 2024, but the World Cup has led to big clubs showing interest in him. Man City, Chelsea and Newcastle asked about the Londoners, but he will go to the Emirates Stadium barring unexpected developments. 

Declan Rice has only played for West Ham up to now. He came through the West Ham academy and he has played every minute of every Premier League game this season despite West Ham being just two points above the relegation zone. 

West Ham manager David Moyes admitted in a press conference that it would be "a record sale." "I think Declan will smash the record." The exact transfer fee remains to be seen.
