Carlo Ancelotti takes advantage of every opportunity to aim a jibe at his former players and the directors at Bayern Munich, whom he blames for the team's situation which ultimately ended in the former AC Milan boss getting the boot.
The Italian boss reportedly turned the squad members against each other and accused the board at the Allianz Arena of an excessively lenient attitude towards their stars, while not offering their support to the manager.
"I have a way of working that I do not change," Ancelotti said on Italian TV show 'Domenica Sportiva'. "It was demanded of me to do that, and I simply did not accept it. Whatever decision you make, if the club does not protect you, you're dead."
The lack of support from the Bayern Munich board was a bid factor in his sacking from the German outfit despite guiding the team to the Bundesliga title last term.
"If you sort out a player, he then goes to the club and is backed by them, then you lose face with him in front of the other players. You will not recover from that," the ex-Bayern coach concluded.
