After winning at La Rosaleda by 0-2 and lifting his sixth trophy in 18 months, the French manager has joined an elite group in the history of La Liga.

Zinedine Zidane's ambition knows no limits. Many people expressed their doubts when he took on his first professional challenge as a manager. Barely a year and a half later at the Bernabeu, the Madrid boss has silenced the critics.

The French coach is the sixth Real Madrid manager to win the league title both as a player and in the dugout. Having lifted Real Madrid's 33th La Liga trophy, Zidane enters an exclusive club very few people have access to.

Before him, these have been the five legends to achieve it: Bernd Schuster, Vicente del Bosque, Jorge Valdano, Luis Molowny and Miguel Muñoz.

Zidane previously crowned himself La Liga champion in the 2002/03 season, together with a team packed with stars. The so-called 'Galacticos' with players such as Iker Casillas, Figo, Ronaldo, Raul or Roberto Carlos.

Now, other stars have allowed him to become the sixth Real Madrid boss to win the title on the pitch as well as in charge.
